Lowy & Associates, APLC, where he specialized in the due diligence coordination of affordable housing acquisitions and complex real estate finance transactions, including tax exempt bonds and low-income housing credits.
Later, at Kulik, Gottesman, Mouton & Siegel, LLP, Mr. Gura was primarily responsible for the drafting of purchase and sale agreements and all other legal documents in connection with the real estate closings for private and publicly-held real estate corporations, including a $94.1 million dollar office portfolio. More recently Mr. Gura worked as a commercial broker at Encino-based Investment Real Estate Associates specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily buildings. He earned his law degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 2001 and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1997.
